Sales Manager
About the Role
ECI JCB is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our construction sales operations. You’ll drive revenue
growth, manage key relationships, and lead a high\-performing team, while working closely with our
finance partners to deliver complete customer solutions.
A key part of the role is developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with JCB as a global
manufacturer, ensuring alignment on sales strategy, product focus, and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify and win new business across construction and related sectors
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and finance partners
Act as a key point of contact with JCB, collaborating on sales initiatives, product updates, and
market insights
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
Negotiate high\-value deals and manage long sales cycles
Maintain strong product knowledge of construction machinery
Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, track leads, forecast sales, and report performance
Oversee digital sales activity, including advertising and lead generation across social channels
Requirements
5\+ years’ sales experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Commercially driven with good market awareness
Experience using Salesforce (pipeline management, reporting, and customer tracking)
Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Education
Business Degree is beneficial but not essential , or equivalent experience in related field
