SALES MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a successful independent estate agent who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager.. This will suit an experienced property professional who is heavily experienced in valuations, winning new business and is looking to join a company which can offer career progression and longevity.
Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generating, arranging and attending valuations.

  • Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.

  • Reporting sales activity and pipeline.

  • Managing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion.

  • Ability to build strong business relationships.

  • Able to win new business.

  • Day to day management of the sales team. (once the team is established)

  • Coaching and developing the sales team. (once the team is established)


Requirements of the role


  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions.

  • A full and clean driving licence.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Salary Budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE + car allowance & guarantee.

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
