The Person:

  • Experience as a Sales Manager, or a similar role

  • Confident Communicator

  • Resilient and Hardworking

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and target orientated environment

The Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business to the hotel

  • Conduct market research by identifying emerging trends and competitor activity

  • Represent the company at sales events and client meetings

  • Be responsible for the Sales Executives, ensuring they are managed in compliance with company standards

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management
