As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our market presence across Germany and Europe. You will work closely with management, technical experts, and our international teams to bring sustainable, future\-proof solutions to industries, municipalities, utilities, and partner networks.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive and further develop our sales strategy in line with the re:think water mission
- Identify new market segments, applications, and business opportunities in PFAS treatment and water technologies
- Manage and grow key accounts in industry, municipalities, and partner networks
- Build long\-term customer relationships at decision\-maker level
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, negotiations, and tenders
- Support proposal development and the preparation of technical solution concepts
- Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into concrete actions
- Represent the Cornelsen Group at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Degree in industrial engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in water treatment, environmental technology, chemicals, or plant engineering
- Experience handling complex technical projects and public or private tenders
- Existing network in industry, municipalities, or utilities is a plus
- Hands\-on mindset, high mobility, and genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong results orientation
- Confident communication and negotiation skills at C\-level
- Business\-fluent German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
