Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, retail management, or related supervisory roles


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively


• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued


• Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth


• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management


• Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations


• Prior experience with administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and documentation


• Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members alike
