Sales Manager – B2B Sales
● Own and grow Electronics Bazaar's B2B business in the assigned state.
● Identify and acquire new customers including resellers, IT distributors, wholesalers, traders, bulk buyers, ITAD companies, recyclers and refurbishers.
● Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, industry events and local market visits.
● Pitch Electronics Bazaar's premium refurbished laptops and desktops to prospective customers.
● Understand customer requirements around models, specifications, volumes, pricing, warranty and delivery.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure and repeat business.
● Develop long\-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
● Conduct regular customer visits and travel extensively across the assigned state.
● Map the local market and identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
● Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends and share insights with management.
● Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, pricing, logistics and fulfillment.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, customer acquisition and business development targets.
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
● Provide regular reports and forecasts on regional sales performance and market development.
