Sales Manager

Climat BCT Ltd is seeking a self\-motivated person with preferably a sales background. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share


• Conduct regular sales meetings with management


• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision\-making


• Manage sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities


• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques preferable


• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships


• Proficiency in sales management tools and Microsoft software


• Ability to travel as required
