Property summary:

• 107 stylish guestrooms and suites and 26 self\-catering Residences.


• Landscaped Victorian sunken gardens and Woodlands that overlook the port of Cork and the city.

The Role

• 16 \- 20 hours per week (depending on the candidate)


• Key Focus \- Account Management of the Cork Corporate Marketplace


• Not required to be on Property but the choice is theirs / this can be a Remote Role but F2F Meetings with our existing Cork clients and new potential clients is an expectation.


• 2\-hour On\-Property Meeting once a month.


• Weekly \& Monthly Reporting to continue.


• 6 Sales Calls \& Meetings per week (F2F Sales Calls and Virtual Sales Calls and on Property SITE Inspections where possible) (all logged in Mind a client \- our CRM)


• 12 Telesales Calls per week (all logged in Mind a client)


• Research \& Analysis for New Company \& Agent Leads for Cork City, doing that research, cold calls and seek out opportunities for future business.


• 2 Days on\-site training at the start of the role.
