361° Europe BV is led by a team of industry experts. With a small team they are building the brand and business for the EMEA region. The 361°performance collection is currently sold in more than 600 stores across this region. This rapid growth has created the need for someone to join the team and provide the needed expertise to support agents and distributors on both strategic and operational level.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building both a brand and a business. As we are a relatively new brand, we must find innovative and practical ways to introduce the brand to our various regions and markets. We need to support our regional partners with the relevant support, to make sure they have the exposure and tools to successfully sell our products and reach the targets which are set for them.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales, work close with the Marketing Manager to define the best strategy per market , building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Since we are a small team that is growing fast, the position requires a pro\-active hands\-on approach way of working, someone who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
You will work together with our EMEA\- and Global team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and grow relationships with agents and distributors across Europe \& Africa
· Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets.
· Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and open blank markets while staying ahead of industry trends.
· Work closely with cross\-functional colleagues, including product development, finance, and customer support, to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.
· Lead annual country/growth planning and budget accountability
· Produce an annual country/growth plan, focusing on:
- Overall strategic growth plan.
- Specific initiatives to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
· Leading person during the Sales Meeting, presenting highlights, terms and conditions, targets, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
· 5\+ years in sales management, business development, or key account management in Sport, Fashion, or Consumer Goods
· 3\+ years in the sports sector; strong affinity with basketball and running
· Solid grasp of (key) account dynamics, forecasting, and sales planning
· A good understanding and experience in product marketing within a retail environment.
· Excellent communicator — confident presenting and influencing at all levels
· Highly organised, self\-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
· Proactive team player who thrives in a fast\-paced, hands\-on environment working with a small team
· Inspiring and convincing personality
· Fluent in English, with additional credits if you can also communicate in other European languages.
DETAILS:
· The position of Sales Account Manager is available as of June 1st.
· You will report to the General Manager.
· You need to be flexible and willing to travel
· This is a full\-time on\-site position, 40 hours per week.
· Candidates who have relevant experience in the sporting goods and Basketball industry do have an advantage.
