About the Role
We are seeking a Sales, Logistics \& Customer Service Administrator based in our Reading office. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in supporting customer order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and customer service.
This is a varied position involving order processing, data entry, goods in/out handling, liaising with logistics partners, and providing customer support. You will also assist with returns processing (RMA) and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail\-focused, and able to prioritise workload effectively in a fast\-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team\-oriented approach are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase orders accurately
- Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods
- Coordinating with logistics providers for deliveries and imports
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing support to new and existing customers
- Managing RMA (returns) processes and records
- Maintaining accurate databases and documentation
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or order processing is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
