Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a scaling fintech company by participating directly in merchant acquisition and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll lead the design of CRM architecture and establish key commercial metrics, creating a dynamic and data\-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up.
- Participate directly in merchant acquisition and sales conversations.
- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Design CRM architecture, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Establish key commercial metrics and forecasting models.
- Create sales playbooks and operating procedures.

- Experience in B2B sales, payments, fintech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Built sales functions, territories, or commercial processes from scratch.
- Strong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, and GTM execution.
- Experience working across multiple lead generation channels.
- A data\-driven approach to metrics, forecasting, and commercial decision\-making.
- Languages: English, Russian.
- Experience in fintech.
