About Us:

We are a well\-established Dublin\-based company with over 40 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and installation of high\-quality fitted kitchens and bedrooms. Serving both commercial and residential markets, we operate from a state\-of\-the\-art 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and two busy showrooms. As we continue to grow into 2026 and beyond, we are seeking a talented and experienced designer/salesperson to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Kitchen/Wardrobe Sales \& Design Consultant to work with clients in our showrooms based in Stillorgan and Blanchardstown , creating tailored design solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will be customer\-focused, design\-savvy, and commercially minded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients in our showrooms to understand their design needs and preferences.

  • Translate client requirements into creative and practical kitchen/wardrobe designs.

  • Prepare detailed design layouts and visual presentations using CAD software (e.g., Articad or Cabinet Vision).

  • Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, and accessories to enhance the design and functionality.

  • Generate accurate and competitive quotations based on approved designs.

  • Proactively follow up on all leads, quotations, and potential sales opportunities.

  • Handle any pre\-sale and post\-sale customer concerns professionally and promptly.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Achieve defined sales targets and maintain acceptable profit margins.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and innovations within the industry.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the kitchen and bedroom industry.

  • Proficient in CAD design software (e.g., Articad, Cabinet Vision) – freehand sketching is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen/wardrobe design work.

  • Solid understanding of furniture construction and material selection.

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid work permit to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
