About the Role (Sales, Marketing \& Account Impact)
We’re looking for an energetic, action\-oriented professional with a hunter mindset who enjoys sales but also understands the value of long\-term relationships and clean processes.
This is a hybrid B2B role combining sales, field marketing, and account management in the HoReCa \& Entertainment segment: cafés, restaurants, bars, clubs, and venues where Buzz stations live and grow.
Your mission:
Bring new partners into the Buzz network, activate them successfully, and help existing locations grow further.
What You Will Do
*Sales \& Growth*
- Prospect new venues: calls, messages, visits, and meetings with owners and managers
- Qualify leads and move them through the funnel — from first contact to signed location
- Support door\-to\-door and on\-site meetings together with senior sales colleagues
- Represent Buzz on the ground: explain the product, value proposition, and placement logic
- Help partners understand how Buzz drives foot traffic, guest experience, and extra revenue
- Collect market insights and feedback from venues to improve messaging and approach
- Stay in touch with existing partners to drive upgrades, reorders, and referrals
- Keep CRM clean and structured: log calls, update deal stages, track follow\-ups
- Support weekly pipeline updates and basic reporting
- Daily action: calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in\-person visits
- Clear sales playbooks, training, and coaching from day one
- Measurable KPIs: meetings booked, active pipeline, partner activation
- Real ownership — your work directly turns into live locations
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable taking initiative
- A natural communicator with a hunter mindset — you like opening doors and moving things forward
- Have a growth mindset and positive energy, always open to knowledge and new learning experiences
- Fluent in English is a must; conversational Dutch or fluent in many languages is a strong plus
- Organised and reliable (you follow up, keep notes, and close loops)
- Sales or horeca experience is welcome, but not required
- Students enrolled at a university and eligible for an internship are welcome
- Full training, scripts, and tools from day one
