Sales Executive
The Company
Your Best Car is an Independent car dealer with two sites. Established in 2011, we now sell over 600 Cars a year and are looking to expand further. We specialise in the sale of nearly new premium cars, predominantly German brands as well as Jaguar/Land Rover. We are looking for a Sales Executive for our busy site in Kent.
The Position
Sales and Marketing Executive:
Tasks associated with the role are Selling Vehicles, taking photos and videos of our stock for adverts, describing them in detail, checking and tending to the stock once it is prepared to ensure it is in the best possible condition to demonstrate. Preparation is a key part of any business and vehicle preparation is even more important. Part of your job will be to make sure all our cars are fully prepared \- MOT, Safety checks, Serviced etc (Full In Depth Training will be given). Other tasks are to update our social media regularly, Managing customers reviews and site cleanliness.
Due to the nature of our business all of our leads come in via phone and e\-mail. We pride ourselves on having the very best pictures, videos and descriptions \- please see our website to understand our adverts. The very best advertising of course helps sell our cars. The successful candidate will need to come across well over the phone and be able to deal with Clients proficiently in person also.
Should you apply?
We are looking for a candidate who has great communication skills. We want to work with the successful candidate to improve and strengthen their sales process. Experience is not essential.
As an independent company we are only accountable to our customers and therefore good reviews, recommendations and referrals are the life blood of our company. Any Sales Executive working at YBC will need to show an exceptional level of customer care and be committed to providing an industry leading customer experience.
