Experience: 3–5 years
Contract: Full‑time
Prodware and its subsidiaries in Belgium and Luxembourg (WESTPOLE and Bisoft) support organisations in their digital transformation through Modern Applications, Data, and Smart Infrastructure services.
To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong *hunter mindset*, capable of accelerating our expansion within the corporate segment.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, with a clear focus on new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Your primary objective is to drive expansion in key strategic and high\-growth areas:
- Managed Services
- Application Modernization, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
- Cloud Adoption \& Modernization, particularly around Microsoft Azure
- AI\-driven solutions and innovation
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients in the corporate segment
- Build, develop, and maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned with customer needs and challenges
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closure
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to shape relevant solutions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision\-makers
- 3–5 years of experience in IT sales (corporate or mid\-market environment)
- Proven *hunter mindset* with a strong track record in new business development
- Strong affinity with Microsoft technologies, Azure, Managed Services, and AI
- Autonomous, results\-driven, and customer\-oriented
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
