Waylands is a highly successful, rapidly expanding motor retail group. With 15 representation points spanning the Thames Valley, the M4 corridor, and South Wales, we are looking for a talented individual to help us drive our ongoing success.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our showroom, guiding customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their next vehicle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales: Confidently selling our incredible range of new and used vehicles while helping us achieve dealership targets.
- Delivering Excellence: Supporting customers to find the right car for their lifestyle through consultative, low\-pressure selling.
- Customer Engagement: Creating and sending customized video presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits for prospective buyers.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining detailed customer records, proactively prospecting your database, and staying in touch with clients to manage their ongoing aftersales needs.
- Seamless Administration: Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately completing paperwork to ensure delivery deadlines and customer promises are met.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensuring the showroom is impeccably presented at all times and ensuring all sales strictly comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) legislation.
We want someone who brings energy, organization, and a personal touch to the showroom floor. Our ideal candidate is:
- Experienced: You must have previous experience selling cars.
- Enthusiastic: You are genuinely excited to connect with every customer who walks through the door, calls, or emails.
- Detail\-Oriented: You know that the little things matter—like remembering a customer's dog's name—and you pride yourself on getting things right the first time.
- Organized: You possess excellent time management skills and a high level of administrative accuracy.
- Professional: You have a friendly, welcoming demeanor, backed by strong communication and influencing skills.
- Qualified: You hold a full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of one year) and are a competent driver.

- Earning Potential: £21,000 basic salary plus an excellent commission and bonus structure (On\-Target Earnings: £51,000\).
