Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our successful team at W R Davies Toyota, Stafford. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the sales of new and used vehicles, offering finance and insurance products, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your goal will be to foster long\-term relationships with customers, enhance their satisfaction, and contribute to the dealership’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell New and Used Vehicles: Present and sell new and pre\-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring that all features, benefits, and options are clearly communicated. Tailor your approach to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Promote Finance and Insurance Products: Work closely with customers to offer appropriate finance and insurance options that fit their budget and needs. Provide guidance on available plans and explain terms, ensuring a transparent and customer\-friendly process.
- Increase Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers by maintaining regular follow\-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly. Aim to create repeat business and referrals.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers throughout the entire sales process. Understand their needs, offer valuable recommendations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable car\-buying experience.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicle sales, finance products, and insurance plans. Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell to enhance revenue.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest vehicle models, features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals. Participate in meetings, share feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements in sales strategies.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer\-facing role is preferred, though not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer\-focused attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Valid driver’s license.
