You don’t need recruitment experience.
You don’t need to come from a particular background.

SO, WHAT IS RECRUITMENT?
At its core, it’s a people business.
You’ll build relationships with talented digital marketers, get to know some of the best agencies and brands in the market, and connect great people with great opportunities.
But there’s a big commercial side too.
You’ll learn how to win new clients, headhunt talent, negotiate, manage hiring processes and eventually build a market of your own.
Think sales + networking + people + business.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Finding and approaching talented people on LinkedIn
Speaking to candidates and clients every day
Building relationships with agencies and brands
Headhunting candidates for live opportunities
Interviewing candidates and understanding what they want next
Organising interviews and managing the recruitment process
Negotiating offers and closing placements
Developing new business and growing your own client network
THE MARKET YOU’LL WORK IN
You’ll become a specialist recruiter within Digital Marketing, covering areas including:
Paid Social
Paid Search / PPC
SEO
Programmatic
Performance Marketing
CRM
Growth Marketing
Digital Strategy
Client Services
You don't need to understand all of this on day one.
