The Role

As a sales executive, you will be the face of the club and a key part of our members’ daily experience. You’ll balance front\-of\-house responsibilities with proactive sales activity, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming members and guests and managing smooth check\-ins and check\-outs


• Promoting memberships and services while confidently working towards sales targets


• Always maintaining high customer service standards


• Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a busy reception environment


• Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for members and visitors

About You

You’re enthusiastic, driven, and naturally confident with people. You enjoy working towards targets, can juggle multiple priorities, and are committed to delivering exceptional service every day.

You will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role (essential)


• Previous sales and customer\-facing experience


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic


• The ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
