The Opportunity
We’re hiring highly motivated Sales Executives to join our team on a 3\-month summer contract, starting ASAP.
This is not an ordinary summer job. We’re looking for ambitious undergraduates, recent graduates, and high\-performing individuals who want to challenge themselves, develop valuable commercial skills, and earn exceptional money over the summer.
You’ll need to learn quickly, work hard, communicate confidently, and take ownership from day one. In return, you’ll gain hands\-on experience inside a leading EdTech business, receive full training, and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from your very first sale.

You’ll be speaking with prospective learners who have already expressed interest in one of our qualifications or courses through our 25\+ education websites.
Your role is to guide learners through their options, understand their goals, and help match them with the right course or qualification for their future.
This is a consultative, customer\-focused role — not aggressive sales.
Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities
- Speaking with 50\+ learners daily (mix of inbound and outbound calls)
- Supporting learners via phone, live chat, and email
- Managing follow\-ups and call\-backs effectively
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Building strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the learner journey
- Converting warm enquiries into successful enrolments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organised, proactive, and able to learn quickly
- Positive, resilient, and target\-driven mindset
- Customer\-focused and ethical approach
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people\-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
We care more about attitude, intelligence, energy, and ambition than previous sales experience.
