Our client a fast-growing and innovative organisation operating within the sports sector is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join its expanding commercial team. The business develops cutting-edge products for elite athletes, clubs, academies, schools, and commercial venues worldwide.

With continued international growth, the company is looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to support sales operations and help drive expansion across new and existing markets.

The salary is competitive with uncapped commission.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The role will focus on qualifying opportunities, account management, and business development across multiple sectors including sport, education, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality.

Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in managing sales activity, supporting partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Qualify, and support new sales opportunities across UK and international markets

  • Manage inbound enquiries and proactively generate outbound opportunities using CRM systems

  • Build relationships with academies, clubs, schools, commercial facilities, and training environments

  • Support the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and closing

  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve individual and team targets

  • Contribute to improving sales processes and supporting wider commercial growth plans

Account Management
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention

  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and ongoing support

Partnership Support
  • Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships

  • Support collaborative campaigns and commercial initiatives

  • Work with internal teams on events, activations, and PR opportunities

Reporting & Commercial Strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and commercial priorities

About You

Required:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or similar

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:
  • Degree or equivalent in sport, business, or a related field

  • Experience within sports products, education, leisure, or B2B sales

  • Familiarity with pipeline management and partnership development

  • Interest in sport and performance environments
