Responsible for managing international sales, export operations, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance for laboratory products, chemicals, equipment, and consumables. Coordinates with clients, distributors, freight companies, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export operations for laboratory products and chemicals


• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors


• Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, COO, and shipping documents


• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and DG shipping requirements


• Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs authorities


• Monitor international shipments and resolve delivery issues


• Handle import/export permits and regulatory approvals


• Maintain product and export records accurately


• Support sales and business development activities in overseas markets


• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and laboratory product standards where applicable


• Monitor market trends and identify new export opportunities


• Collaborate with warehouse and laboratory departments for order fulfillment

• Knowledge of international export procedures


• Understanding of laboratory products and chemicals


• DG/IATA/IMDG shipping knowledge


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Documentation and compliance management


• ERP and inventory management systems knowledge


• Problem\-solving and coordination skills


• International customer handling experience

• Bachelor’s degree in:


• Chemistry


• Biotechnology


• Pharmacy

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
