Sales Executive - Telephone Based (All Warm Leads)

Altrincham Town Centre | £28,000 + Realistic £5k OTE

Robert Walters are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing start-up in Altrincham looking for a confident, personable and ambitious Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

This is a high-energy, telephone-based role where you'll speak to warm customers, understand their needs, build rapport and convert opportunities into appointments.

The business is aiming to double in size by the end of 2027, creating excellent long-term progression opportunities as the company grows.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls - all warm leads


• Qualifying enquiries and understanding customer needs


• Following up existing opportunities


• Building genuine customer relationships


• Booking appointments for the wider team


• Maintaining accurate CRM records


• Working towards clear daily and weekly targets

What we're looking for:

• No previous sales experience required - customer service, sales or telephone experience is ideal


• Confident, engaging telephone manner


• Target-driven and comfortable working at pace


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine focus on customers

• £28,000 + realistic £5k OTE


• Full-time, office-based role in Altrincham Town Centre


• Monday-Friday, 38.5-hour week


• Saturday overtime available at 5x pay
