Sales Executive

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. As the appointed Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

About the Role:

• Managing a pipeline of new and existing customers


• Conducting outbound calls to generate new business opportunities


• Following up on inbound enquiries and converting leads into sales


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Achieving individual and team sales targets

About You:

• Previous experience in a sales or target-driven environment


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Resilient, motivated, and results-focused


• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Salary & Working Pattern:

• £25,000–£30,000 basic + commission


• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
