Sales Executive – Outbound (B2C)

£32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)

Outbound, telephone-based sales only. This is not a field sales, face-to-face, or account management role no site visits, no meetings, no in-person selling.

Accomplish Today is proud to be representing one of the UK's leading professional services organisations as it expands its high performing outbound sales division. You'll be working a consistent flow of pre-qualified professional referrals, closing new business by phone ideally within a single call.

This is a senior level, telephone-based outbound sales role for an experienced closer. It is not suitable for candidates from field sales, face-to-face sales, retail, or door-to-door backgrounds. The entire sales cycle happens over the phone, and the ability to close efficiently within one or two calls is essential, not a stretch goal.

The Opportunity

Working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified professional referrals (not cold-call prospecting), you will engage prospective clients by phone, understand their requirements, and guide them through a consultative but fast-moving sales conversation, aiming to convert within a single call wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent flow of outbound, pre-qualified professional referral leads by telephone


• Conduct consultative sales conversations aimed at one-call close, minimising multi-touch sales cycles


• Build credibility and trust with decision-makers quickly, over the phone only


• Manage a pipeline of opportunities through to completion via telephone and email. No in-person meetings


• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets


• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout a fast, phone-based sales journey


• Work collaboratively within a high performing outbound sales team

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years experience in a telephone-based (not face-to-face or field) sales role


• Proven ability to close new business within one or two calls, not a multi visit or relationship building over months sales cycle


• Track record of working with referral based or warm lead pipelines, not solely self-generated cold outreach


• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills conducted entirely by phone


• Stable employment history showing development and achievement within previous roles


• Excellent telephone communication and rapport-building skills


• Strong pipeline management and organisational ability
