Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Target Delivery — Core Priority
- Own our ticket sales performance across all channels — your mission: meet and beat weekly, monthly, and event‑specific sales targets
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new attendees — turning interest into confirmed ticket sales
- Track, analyse, and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and progress against KPIs
- Represent Oceanic Awards professionally at every opportunity, building our brand and driving bookings
- Adapt your approach to maximise revenue — spotting opportunities to boost attendance and average order value
- Shape and deliver ticket‑focused marketing campaigns: help plan content, social media strategy, and promotions designed to drive sales
- Contribute creative ideas for event themes, messaging, and promotional tactics to attract more attendees
- Support full event planning and organisation alongside the team — from pre‑event coordination to on‑site delivery
- Be there on event days: engage with attendees, assist with operations, and ensure every experience matches what you sold
- Genuine passion for marketing and events — eager to learn how to plan, promote, and deliver standout occasions
- Target first mindset — comfortable working to clear goals, resilient to setbacks, and focused on results
- Confident communicator: persuasive, friendly, and professional with prospects and clients alike
- Organised, proactive, and happy working both independently and as part of a close team
- Comfortable travelling across UK \& Ireland for events
- Experience or have a hunger for sales, customer service, events, or promotions is highly desirable — great attitude and drive matter most
