Backed by a solid reputation for quality and service, we’re building a trusted brand supplying uPVC windows and composite doors to professional installation companies across the region.
We’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join us and drive our growth in the installation trade market.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on building relationships with installation businesses—from independent installers to established fitting companies. You’ll promote our full product range of high\-quality uPVC windows and composite doors, with the goal of developing long\-term partnerships and repeat business.
Your role will include:
- Generating and converting leads in the installer market
- Managing existing customer relationships and ensuring top\-tier service
- Preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Staying informed on product developments and competitor activity
✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within windows, doors, or the wider building products sector
✔ Existing connections in the installer market a strong advantage
✔ Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
✔ Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organised
✔ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
✔ Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
