Sales Executive

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Volkswagen, guiding customers through every step of their purchase—from first enquiry to handover of their new vehicle. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, delivering an outstanding experience, and achieving sales success through a structured, premium approach.
You will:
- Provide exceptional face\-to\-face customer service
- Follow a consistent and customer\-centric sales process
- Identify customer needs and support them through the entire buying journey
- Work toward agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries
- Thrives in a customer\-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results
- Listens attentively and shows a genuine interest in customer needs
- Has an approachable, engaging, and professional manner
- Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet—and exceed—sales targets
- Have a minimum of 2 years motor trade sales experience
- Is passionate about the Volkswagen brand and delivering a truly premium customer experience
