- Uncapped commission, realistic OTE in first year £30,000 - £35,000

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity. Key responsibilities include:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
- Identifying decision-makers and building relationships
- Conducting detailed fact-finding conversations to understand customer needs
- Presenting tailored solutions that meet the client's needs
- Managing objections and negotiating effectively
- Converting opportunities into new business sales
- Building and developing existing accounts to maximise opportunities
- Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Accurately updating CRM records and sales activity
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, lead generation, internal sales, or B2B sales
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the telephone
- Excellent communication, questioning, and relationship-building skills
- A resilient and self-motivated approach to sales
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- A desire to maximise your earnings through performance-based commission
