- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to closing the deal.
- Maintain and update sales records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales and meet targets.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends to inform customers effectively.
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work towards sales targets.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about products and the market to provide informed advice.
- £26,000 + £50,000OTE
- Commission structure to reward performance.
- Permanent position in Manchester.
