Salary: £35,000 \- £40,000 OTE (£29k basic per annum \+ commission)
Benefits: Excellent remuneration package inc: 23 days Annual Leave (including Christmas shut down) \+ Bank Holidays , Early finish Fridays, Team socials and industry\-leading uncapped commission structure, paid monthly.

The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, Lobo Systems is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help fuel further expansion.
Your Role: As a Sales Executive at LOBO, you'll embark on an exciting journey of engaging with prospective clients and making vital first impressions. We need someone with self\-motivation, a goal\-oriented mindset, and a flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration is key, as well as the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Reach out to a mix of cold \& warm leads to introduce LOBO and schedule engaging online demonstrations of our revolutionary product.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct seamless demonstrations via platforms like Microsoft Teams (ability to perform physical demonstrations is a must)
- Relationship Nurturing: Follow up with clients via email and phone, gather feedback, and guide them towards the next steps.
- Lead Management: Pass hot leads to the Technical Sales team for further engagement.
