What You’ll Be Doing:
Maximize Sales \& Hit Targets – Drive sales and work to achieve store goals.
Training and Development – Wrapping up your training sessions and unlocking new skills!
Stock \& Inventory – Take stock like a champ and keep the inventory file on point
Deliver Excellent Customer Service – Ensure every shopper has a five\-star experience.
Operational Excellence – Kick off and wrap up the day with the right forms, keep the store spotless, and ensure everything’s in tip\-top shape
Team Communication – Show up, share ideas at monthly meetings, smash those daily briefs, and keep the team punctual and in sync!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Sales Experience – 1\+ years in retail or fashion sales preferred.
✅ Customer\-Focused – Passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationships
✅ Goal\-Oriented – Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
✅ Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
✅ Organizational Skills – Able to manage tasks efficiently and stay on top of priorities.
Work Schedule:
You'll enjoy guaranteed \*\*40 hours per week\*\*, with flexible shifts that will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
