Salary: £35,000 \- £40,000 Base Salary (Depending on experience) \+ Uncapped Closing Commission

Focus: High\-Volume Outbound Telesales, Cold Calling, Lead Conversion, and Account Opening.

1\. The Mission (Your "Why")

We don’t need strategy developers, administrators, or people who want to sit back and answer inbound emails. We are looking for a sharp, high\-energy, resilient Sales Executive to pick up the phone, smash outbound cold data, and open high\-value wholesale accounts.

FACES is a fast\-growing, licensed online pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesaler supplying medical\-grade skincare, aesthetics, toxins, and beauty products directly to clinics and professionals across the UK. We have massive amounts of data and highly competitive pricing. Your mission is simple: attack the data, cold call clinic owners, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal, buying FACES accounts.

2\. Core Responsibilities

  • Ruthless Outbound Cold Calling: Hit the phones daily with high energy, targeting independent aesthetics clinics, medical professionals, and beauty businesses across the UK to introduce the FACES wholesale platform.

  • Account Opening \& Closing: Manage the full outbound sales cycle from a cold initial touchpoint to a successfully placed first order.

  • Pipeline Management: Keep your personal sales pipeline organized within our CRM (GoHighLevel), ensuring rigorous follow\-up calls are made to prospects who haven't ordered yet.

  • Volume \& KPI Discipline: Maintain baseline daily outbound dials, talk\-time metrics, and new account openings without needing to be micromanaged.

  • Product Familiarity: Learn our core pharmaceutical and aesthetic inventory inside out to confidently talk pricing, spot deals, and handle competitor objections on the fly.

  • The Telephone Hunter: You love the phone. You don't get discouraged by "no" or gatekeepers \- you view them as a puzzle to solve.

  • High Velocity \& Energy: You thrive on a fast\-paced sales floor. You possess the mental grit required to make 80\+ cold dials a day while keeping your pitch sharp and enthusiastic.

  • Naturally Persuasive: You can build rapport quickly over a headset, control a commercial conversation, and drive urgency to close a deal on the first or second call.

  • Industry Experience (Massive Bonus): Past success in high\-volume cold calling, telehealth sales, recruitment, B2B telesales, or pharmaceutical/medical distribution means you can fast\-track straight into making commission.
4\. Requirements
  • Proven Telesales/Cold Calling Track Record: At least 2\+ years of direct, verified experience in a high\-volume outbound B2B telesales environment.

  • Stafford\-Based: This is a 100% on\-site role at our Stafford Headquarters. We need your energy live on our sales floor every day.

  • Thick Skin \& Resilience: A background that proves you can handle the high\-rejection nature of cold sales and keep dialing.
