We are looking for a New \& Used Car Sales Executive to join our Skoda dealership in Wigan.

As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an outstanding experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support customers in person, online and over the phone
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle recommendations
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Keep customers informed through regular communication, including follow\-up calls, emails and video updates
- Build positive, long\-term customer relationships
- Contribute to team objectives and business performance goals
- Ensure a professional and customer\-focused experience at every stage
We recognise that valuable skills can be gained in a variety of environments. If you have experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or another customer\-facing role, we'd like to hear from you.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a customer\-facing role with sales or service responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
- A proactive and organised approach to your work
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
