Sales Executive
Islington Motor Group is looking for ambitious, motivated and customer\-focused Vehicle Sales Executives to join our successful sales teams in Trowbridge \& Bath.
We're looking for someone who understands that great car sales isn't just about selling a vehicle, it's about building relationships, understanding customers and delivering an experience that makes them want to come back.

As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing new and used vehicle enquiries
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right vehicle
- Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Preparing accurate vehicle quotations and finance proposals
- Working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
- Promoting finance and value added products
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
- Keeping accurate records and following dealership processes
- Contributing positively to the wider dealership team
- Experienced in vehicle sales or a strong sales environment
- Target\-driven and motivated by earning potential
- Confident, professional and engaging with customers
- A strong communicator and excellent listener
- Able to manage multiple customers and enquiries effectively
- Resilient, energetic and able to work in a busy environment
- A genuine team player
- Passionate about cars and delivering great customer experiences
- A full UK driving licence holder

- Basic Salary £22,000 plus guaranteed holiday commission
