We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join a fast-paced B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing and growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new B2B leads through outbound sales calls, email outreach and networking.
- Manage assigned accounts, build strong long-term relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue within existing clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve queries and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, produce regular sales reports and forecast activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong account management and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence and experience making outbound sales calls and cold outreach.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Good organisational and communication skills; CRM experience is a plus.
