LOCATION: Barcelona, Spain \| Hybrid

LANGUAGES: Finnish

CONTRACT: Full\-time (39 hours/week)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a driven Ads Sales Executive to join our client's team in Barcelona. In this position, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through digital advertising solutions, supporting Norwegian\-speaking clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with a passion for digital marketing, technology, and online advertising to grow within a fast\-moving and innovative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Connect with Finnish\-speaking clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs

— Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote Google Ads solutions

— Build trusted, long\-term client relationships through consultative and value\-based selling

— Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable, data\-driven insights

— Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

— Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

— Stay informed about industry trends and updates within Google advertising products

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)

— Native or near\-native Finnish (C2 level) and strong command of English

— 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising

— Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube

— Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

— Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast\-paced environment

— Results\-driven mindset with a strong customer focus

— Genuine interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising, with a desire to learn and grow
