Sales Executive Digital Assets

About the Role
We’re a rapidly expanding team of talented, ambitious individuals based in the heart of Europe. Currently we are looking for a Sales Executive Digital Assets to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets. This role can be based any of our European offices France, Netherlands, Luxembourg or Latvia.
You will be required to
- Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turn them into 3S Money account holders
- Sharing best practices with the existing team and provide leadership
- Exploring global markets (across industries, locations, or communities)
- Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers
- Working with leadership to strategise on how best to roll out existing and new products
- Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue
- Proven outbound sales experience with 3\+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
- Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability
- Active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
- Experience working across european markets.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent English language skills \+ at least proficiency in at least one other main European language, native speaker

Compensation, Perks \& Benefits
- €65\-75k Base salary \& Bonus
