Sales Executive
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client visits
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Prepare and present commercial offers aligned with customer needs
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to support conversion
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
- Update CRM systems with sales activities and customer information
- Support pricing activities and commercial proposals in line with company guidelines
- Monitor market activity and report relevant opportunities or risks
- Assist in achieving sales targets defined by the company
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic negotiation and commercial skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Customer\-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales or similar role
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
