Sales Executive

- Full training will be provided before you take a varied, hands-on role working across new business development, customer onboarding, sales support, order processing, customer care and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and professional service for commercial customers.
- Responding to sales enquiries with quotes, proposals and site visits (when required)
- Use internal systems to place orders and arrange deliveries
- Generate sales enquiries through the use of email marketing technology
- Attend two trade shows a year to identify new potential customers
- Resolve any customer questions to provide complete satisfaction
- Coordinate internally with colleagues in finance, warehouse and customer service
- Support colleagues in other activities as required

- We are looking for an intelligent, articulate and ambitious person with the potential to be very successful in this (predominantly) office-based sales role. Key requirements are:
- Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and in writing
- Some previous sales experience and an understanding of sales processes. This could be in business to business or retail sales.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Energetic, proactive yet calm under pressure
- Strong team player – flexible and adaptable with a postive attitude
- Living within a commutable distance of the office
- Driving licence
- Negotiable basic salary c£30,000 - £33,000
- Use of pool car for business meetings
