Sales Executive – AI Advertising Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join the European team of one of the world's leading AI companies. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition — both inbound and outbound — within the digital advertising and AI solutions space.
You will own the full sales cycle: from identifying and qualifying prospects to presenting tailored solutions and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, social selling)
- Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline
- Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to each client's goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contract
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth client handover
- Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within existing accounts where applicable
- Language skills: German C1 (mandatory) \| English B2 (mandatory)
- 2–3\+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or pre\-sales/lead qualification
- Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO, PPC, paid advertising ecosystems, and client\-side campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to self\-prospect and manage outbound sales motions including cold calling
- Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Comfortable engaging with C\-level and senior decision\-makers
- Results\-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Consultative selling experience
- Background in ad tech, AI platforms, or SaaS solutions
- Experience with high\-value or enterprise client portfolios
- Client\-facing product knowledge and ability to demo or present solutions
