Are you a bubbly, confident and organised salesperson who loves talking to people and closing a deal?

We’re looking for a Salesperson to join our busy plantation shutters showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied sales role, working with customers both face\-to\-face and over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for:

• Telesales from warm leads — no cold calling!


• Welcoming customers into our showroom and helping them choose the perfect shutters for their home.


• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service.


• Working towards and achieving sales targets.


• Planning and booking survey appointments for our surveyors across the Manchester/Cheshire areas.


• Using your knowledge of the Manchester/Cheshire area to plan appointments efficiently.


• Managing customer information, appointments and enquiries using our computer systems.


• Managing multiple customers and tasks while keeping everything organised.

Who We're Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Bubbly, friendly and confident.


• Target\-driven and motivated by sales.


• A great communicator who is comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone.


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.


• Computer literate and comfortable using different systems.


• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy showroom.


• Knowledgeable about the Manchester/Cheshire and surrounding areas.


• Must be able to drive.


• Reliable, professional, and passionate about providing great customer service.


• A natural salesperson who enjoys achieving results.

Previous experience in retail, telesales, showroom sales, or home improvements would be an advantage, but we're also interested in people with the right personality, attitude and drive to succeed.

What You Can Earn

Basic salary from £28,000 with OTE up to £40,000\.
