Accountabilities:
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation while building strong relationships with prospective customers across European markets.
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries and accounts
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling campaigns
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, operational challenges, and objectives
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of SaaS solutions to generate interest and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to execute strategic outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Maintain accurate and organized records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within CRM systems
- Partner with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings booked and pipeline creation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales outreach strategies and customer engagement processes
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, international SaaS environment.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building skills across phone, email, and social channels
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, with fluency in English both written and spoken
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively across departments
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is highly valuable
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft is a plus
- Comfortable working independently within fully remote and distributed teams
