Your Role
=============

You own our entire spanish\-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

What to expect
==================

  • Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day

  • Multi\-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels

  • Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve

  • Actively shape SDR processes in a fast\-growing startup

  • Onboard new customers

  • Top\-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months
Who We're Looking For
=========================
  • Native or C2 Spanish; good English

  • 1\+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred

  • Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

  • Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1\-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)
