Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting activities across the Swiss market through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified pipeline.

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers while booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring a professional, engaging, and value-driven customer experience.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies for the Swiss market.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting.

  • Continuously refine outreach techniques to improve conversion rates and meeting quality.

  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador in all external interactions, ensuring strong market positioning.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Swiss German, with strong proficiency in English for an international working environment.

  • Previous experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing commercial role.

  • Proven ability to succeed in outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong commercial mindset with motivation to engage senior stakeholders and build new business opportunities.

  • Highly target-driven, with resilience and enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a structured and proactive working approach.

  • Team-oriented mindset with ambition to grow into more senior sales roles over time.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy SaaS or technology environment is a strong advantage.
