Accountabilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting activities across the Swiss market through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified pipeline.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers while booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring a professional, engaging, and value-driven customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies for the Swiss market.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques to improve conversion rates and meeting quality.
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador in all external interactions, ensuring strong market positioning.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swiss German, with strong proficiency in English for an international working environment.
- Previous experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven ability to succeed in outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Strong commercial mindset with motivation to engage senior stakeholders and build new business opportunities.
- Highly target-driven, with resilience and enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a structured and proactive working approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with ambition to grow into more senior sales roles over time.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy SaaS or technology environment is a strong advantage.
