Sales Development Representative – Outbound

Newcastle | Hybrid 3 days office 2 home | Full-time

A fast-growing B2B finance software company is looking for an experienced SDR to join its expanding sales team.

The role:

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn

  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives

  • Manage a defined UK mid-market territory and maintain CRM activity

  • Work towards clear monthly and quarterly targets

  • Strong progression route into an Account Executive position

What we're looking for:
  • 12+ months’ SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience

  • Confident cold calling and prospecting skills

  • Strong communication and qualification abilities

  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

  • SaaS or finance-sector experience advantageous

  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience

Location: Newcastle – Tuesday–Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote. Must be within commuting distance.
