We are looking for a motivated German\-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a career in sales, particularly within the software/technology sector. No extensive sales background is required—what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• + Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities

+ Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
+ Building strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers
+ Maintaining a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic
+ Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets

What We’re Looking For:

• + Fluent German speaker (written and spoken)

+ Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
+ Hard\-working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target\-driven environment
+ Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development (training provided)
+ Competitive, driven, and a strong team player
+ Tech\-savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools
+ Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised
+ Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem\-solving skills
