Joining the Benelux team at bsport means becoming part of one of our fastest\-growing and most promising markets. The Benelux fitness and wellness industry is highly dynamic, with studios and businesses increasingly looking for innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and digital transformation. This makes it an exciting environment for someone eager to develop strong sales foundations while gaining exposure to a rapidly evolving SaaS ecosystem.
As a Dutch SDR Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced sales professionals while working closely with our international teams based in Barcelona. You’ll be immersed in a fast\-paced and collaborative environment where curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. This internship is designed to give you hands\-on experience in outbound prospecting, client communication, market research, and SaaS sales processes within the Benelux market.
You’ll join a young, ambitious, and supportive team that is passionate about growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, develop your commercial skills, and build confidence in a client\-facing role.
This internship is also a great stepping stone for future opportunities at bsport. We strongly believe in internal growth and development, and successful interns can have the opportunity to continue their journey within the company in long\-term SDR positions and beyond. What will be your impact:
Prospect accounts and identify potential opportunities within the Benelux market by researching studios, fitness businesses, and market trends.
Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in bsport and its solutions.
Support outbound prospecting activities through cold calling and lead qualification based on business needs and potential fit.
Use LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels to connect with key decision\-makers and initiate conversations with potential clients.
Leverage creative outreach methods, including personalized videos and tailored messaging, to increase engagement and build strong first connections with prospects.
You would be great fit if you:
Are currently completing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and looking for a 5–6 month end\-of\-studies internship
Are interested in starting a career in SaaS sales, tech, or fast\-growing startup environments
Speak Dutch at a native or fluent level and are comfortable working in English in an international environment
Have a good understanding of the Benelux market, including local communication styles, customer expectations, and business culture
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with people
Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a hands\-on environment
Are curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve
Feel comfortable working in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment

Salary: 1000€/ month (800€ base \+ 200€ bonus uncapped)
