ROLE: Sales Desk Executive \- 6 Months FTC

HOURS: Full\-time \- 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Gloucester, Hybrid (Office and home\-based)

We're looking for a Sales Desk Executive/Technical Estimator who will support the Sales Team by delivering high\-quality quotations and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create high volumes of Water Hygiene and Treatment quotes on behalf of regional Field Sales staff

  • Support Field Sales teams with contract renewal quotations

  • Proactively follow up and issue quotes on behalf of Account Managers

  • Handle and divert incoming sales\-related calls on a rotational basis

  • Ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround to maximise conversion rates

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent numerical ability

  • IT literate, including Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team (previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided)
