• Key Responsibilities


• Inspiring first impressions – Welcome customers into the showroom with a tailored tour that sparks imagination and sets the tone for a premium design experience.


• Owning the sales journey – Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads to maximise every opportunity and achieve outstanding results.


• Consultative design meetings – Conduct in\-depth briefings to truly understand each client’s lifestyle, aspirations, and practical needs.


• Creative design solutions – Develop inspirational, functional designs using advanced CAD and immersive VR tools.


• Presentation \& closing – Deliver compelling proposals that excite clients and confidently guide them to making decisions.


• Project management – Stay at the client’s side from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and customer delight.

Who You Are

• Ambitious and motivated, with a hunger for achievement and financial reward.


• Experienced – minimum of 2 years in kitchen/interior design \& sales with a proven track record.


• Customer\-centric, building trust and excitement from the very first interaction.


• Confident \& consultative, able to present premium solutions and guide clients through high\-value decisions.


• A fast starter, capable of hitting the ground running, with a willingness to learn and refine your craft.


• Flexible, with availability to work weekends
